Creamy Kiwi Chia Bowl

Our creamy Kiwi Chia Bowl is gluten and dairy free, packed full of fiber and protein and a rich sweet flavor.

Chia seeds are a tiny seed that really has no taste and takes on the taste of whatever you put it with.  When liquid is added to it, the seeds jell into a paste and keeps you feeling full for a long time.  Chia is one of the highest forms of protein and a perfect way for vegans to meet their daily protein requirements.  This tiny seed will definitely keep you energized all day!  They can also help cut cravings and are extremely high in antioxidants.

 Ingredients:

1 1/2 Kiwi's
1/2 Banana cut in 1/4's
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk, Almond Milk or Rice Milk
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Walnuts (optional)
Orange zest (optional)
Stevia To Taste (optional)

Blend 1 Kiwi (peeled), 1/4 banana, vanilla, cinnamon and stevia with your choice of milk.
Add chia seeds and pulse a few times.
Pour mixture into a bowl and let sit for about an hour.

Top with walnuts, slices of kiwi, banana and orange zest or choose your own toppings.  Blueberries, strawberries or any other nuts or seeds would make great toppings for this cereal!

Enjoy ...
